dude in current stage no 1 knws what ms prepare in wp8.1 update...
leakers r almost from US n Europe n they r not much file manager freak.. they r ios fans coz ios is secure n not include file manager..
cortana is leaked coz they r working from long time ago on voice assistance to compete with apple siri n android google voice assitance..
so wait untill official announcement of wp8.1 blue.. then we clearly understand wanted things implemented or not..
i dont think ms implement file manager like android..
but who knws if ms implement it or not coz Filem is most requested feature..
till then keep fingers crossed..

Karan , 01 Feb 2014All Nokia windows phone not Facility Download Video from in... moreYes feels disappointing when comes the sharing,rename,move,copy etc etc of our downloaded files...and not think that file manager will come as their is no leaked clues of file manager from trusted sites while cortana,notification center all are conformed feature of next update(8.1)..so hope they provide file manager for making things easy to handle

This phone sucks.Very very bad sounds,loud speaker gets worst by the time.No applications for this phone at all.We have to pay for applications.Lumia and windows sucks
