Raj, 29 Jul 2015As i said i have tried updating it 3 times.......the first ... moreDude pls use a stable WiFi connection. .. Even if u r using mobile 3g.. It is not stable as a WiFi connection...
For me it took 2 hour 30 min to complete the downloading the update... 3 hours for the whole installation process... I used ma home WiFi. ..

Better u update ur d... moreAs i said i have tried updating it 3 times.......the first time it got stuck at 0% and never increased.........the 2nd time it got downloaded finally after getting stuck at several percentages and several errors but it failed while installing upto 87%........next i reset my phone and tried it for a third time......it got stuck at several percentages and got error several times.......1 gb of internet was consumed but no update could happen........i am going to try it for a 4 th time if Microsoft brings a new build

Raj , 28 Jul 2015I am using windows 10 mobile build 10080 .....i am facing a... moreRoll backing ur device is difficult... Better u update ur device with w10 build 10166.. Am using this build... No prblm... 10166 is the latest build... Also when ever I loose phone memory I delete all the browsing history in Microsoft edge... This has helped me to increase the free space from 2.85 Gb to 3.02 Gb.... Os size is 3.2 Gb and app size is 1.1 Gb...
Better u update ur device with latest build 10166... U will get this if u r a windows insider..

AnonD-340886, 23 Jul 2015windows 10 is not released yet.. but u can get the pre-test... moreI am using windows 10 mobile build 10080 .....i am facing a serious problem with this build.....the phone memory is getting lower and lower day by day.....i checked my storage sense and it shows some 4 gb system files which is increasing everyday.....the apps and games section occupies less than a gb now as i have uninstalled nearly all apps to save memory.....uninstalling a app clears the phone memory a bit but after a hour it gets filled as again as if nothing has been installed....i tried updating it to newer build 3 times using airtel 3g (200-700kbps). .....the new update screen does not show gradual increase in update percentage ......it gets stuck at a fixed percentage even when net is running 500 kbps.....ultimately it shows error and download restarts.....to recover my phone memory i did a reset of my phone and the free memory increased by 3 gb but the update wont happen.....also the extras section of settings has disappeared after the reset.....also the temporary files shows about 500 mb and is increasing everyday.....clearing it doesnt work.......can anyone help me out?

The nokia lumia just does not compete with all the previous makes of nokia. unfriendly user cell. wish the old nokias could come back. they were strong and reliable.

No lag(installed in phone memory)... I update my phone from wp 8.0 to 8.1 about 10 months ago via "preview for developers" works fine on that time.. Now 2 weeks ago I update ma device to w 10 using windows insider app... Still works fine..
Am using 2 yr old 16gb SanDisk sd card class 4 type... No hang no lag...

Anonymous, 23 Jul 2015How can I update my lumia 520 with window 10windows 10 is not released yet.. but u can get the pre-tested version for developers..this pre-tested version may harm ur device.. follow the steps carefully..
install "windows insider" app from store..
open and register in the insider program with ur Microsoft account..
then select "insider fast"
after it the phone will automatically reboots..
then go to settings>phone updates>tap "check for updates"
NOTE: u must have a sable wifi connection to do this update.. remove ur sd card before the download starts...also u must have above 3 gb of free space in phone also ur phone must be in full battery charge. it will take 2 hr 30 min to download the update & 3 more hours to install the updates...
after installing the update goto settings>system>about>tap reset ur phone.. so that all the new settings may integrate with the ur device if not some settings wont work...
the latest update will be windows 10 mobile build 10166.. os version windows 10.0.10166.0
