It is great phone and supporting mkv videos and OS after upgradeable to will be WP8 black and lots of features in this phone ..

Please I need a help to fix this problem, which make me boring to use this phone.

Phone is gr8 in use but web sometimes disconnects and then no option but to restart to connect web again. If u use net a lot then its a real problem. Also accessories coming along are very average class.

I always feel something missing,mean its name is "windows phone" but nothing similarity with pc windows os.internet explorer layout is also an ordinary browser it should be more or less same to windows pc internet explorer,and file manager should have layout in form of folders and drives(c,d,f etc) just like in any windows pc. But it doesnot have filemanager .although this phone is nice and I like it but not satisfied ,as it is same as ordinary phone although one thing is different in this phone is its tiles but it is not enough,I feel that it is not windows phone in real sense..Ms should provide layout and menus and settings in such a manner that users while using this phone should feels that they are using some small size pc.and also that word,excel dont have all option wich we see in windows pc,I know that this is windows phone and it is different from windows pc..but thing is that windows phone far far dont have any feature that we see in windows pc.it should be their.windows phone should have features according to its name

1- Dude I dont have comments for file manager before official approvement from Microsoft.
No 1 Knows file manager is coming or not..
2- Cortana is Personal voice assistant same like Apple siri or Google now. sou can control ur device using voice commands.
current wp8 works on basic voice commands.. cortana make it more powerful and OS integrated to handle lots of things on ur voice.
Cortana name is comes from Microsoft's official and famous Game "Halo- series". This lady character is act as personal assistace it this game so wp8 users are demanding to keep same name for this wp8.1 personal assistance.
Cortana is very famous character and looks very beautiful and Gorgeous.
