Battery backup is found very poor , only 10 hrs. (in standby condition) instead of 620 hrs as per manual. Waiting for suitable answer from Nokia customer care.

I ve heard that there is a limit of 50 Mb via mobile internet on download and surfing i.e in excess of 50 Mb u have to use the wifi . Is this news correct or just spam ??
Please inform me as I am willing to buy this phone.
