Nokia Lumia is lacking behind for flashlight. Other than this Win OS is lacking behind because of following few features i.e :
* exe file doesnt exist because of which we need to install app from d start.
* features like sending multiple songs to other devices does not present.
* need to download app for many basic need like downloading songs(free), changing the ringtone(customized), live tile for wifi, bluetooth, network etc..
* No app is present by which u can lock selective appl
* The brightness of mobile is low which affecting the picture quality.

          Anonymous, 17 Nov 2013Superb phone in the world...very fast mobile....it has corn... moreI had bought Lumia 520 on June 10, 2013 and had sold after 5 months used. Yes, hardware is good, performance is smooth and no lag, but the restrictions of its OS made me headache. No notification center, WhatsApp always shows " WhatsApp has detected an issue with your device Push Notifications systems. Please reboot your device" message and can't send video without recording. I put no class written 16 GB microSD inside Lumia 520, the phone restarted by itself without reason. UC Browser sometimes shows out of memory if I open two tabs (www.gsmarena.com and www.wpcentral.com) and force closed. I couldn't read my documents that available in microSD. While I use Android, I can do all this without many complaints.

My past phone was galaxy chat after changing changing to window little bit difficult for me. But smart phone u purchase according to requirements. Android take 6 years to mature os and window phone os is still growing slowly slowly. Some limitation is there. But good for those who simply browse, chatting, good camera, simple games, want free offline here maps, smooth touch goo for them. I will never recommend this phone for muslic lovers and hard gamers because there is no equaliser in this phone and averager battery.

                              I am not able to play some video files that i recently loaded to my lumia 520.. they are all in WMV format. have any fix for this ? or is there a VLC or MX player for Nokia Lumia 520 or any other better player whichd play all formats of videos ?

                                      The phone is amazing. The hardware is outstanding and hyperperformance. The operating system is nice. Can't get instagram tho. got it at T-Mobile $126
