its a vry good phn, supr touch, n supr fast net in 3g. . . . Bt aftr downld any vido or music its save in a hidn documnt. . And nothng to move or copy in file. Video cant be sent via blutoth. Otherwise super phn to use in ths fst lyfstyl with 1ghz dual core processor

Update using Wi-Fi from your phone or go to Nokia Care, it might be free of charge if it is still warranty. Or using Nokia Software Update Retail, use this will elete all your files and apps.

i m facing a prob... moreDude its a common n old issue.. n its called duplicate file issue. to resolve ths just update ur phone to amber n then resync ur all music, videos n pictures. ur problem get resolve.
it is old os issue which is get Resolved in gdr2 amber.
