Previously I use Galaxy Ace 2, it was good, smooth in Gingerbread, nothing problem like lag downloading few apps. I didn't root it, play Aralon: Sword and Shadows HD very good, I like it because plenty of apps and games are available. For Lumia 520 I think, the lack of apps, no notification center, some maybe delay, and not comfortable with low class microSD, I inserted no class microSD the phone restarted by itself, while when I used Galaxy Ace 2 and few months ago I used the microSD in Xperia mini, it didn't hang and restart by itself.

So is there any point in buying a low end android fone lyk s duos if it hangs everytym i want to use an app. Wats the point in having the provision to download apps if i cant use it properly. Is there any such similar complain about lumia 520 as well?

            AnonD-18767, 02 Nov 2013Hallo Lumia 520 users, please let me know the video quality... moreFriend ,I am not telling anything about flexibility of OS.its up to you only: whether to go for android, ios, wp, bb.But usability of phone is very poor .I am using it for the past 2 months .I don't experience any lag even right after switching it on.but apps like temple run ,uc browser, quit suddenly without no reason(this may be due to low ram).so i used to close all apps before playing and still experience same thing.next is camera ,it takes amazing macro shots (you can go very close)but with poor details.worst nokia cam I have ever used .battery life is decent.excellent loudspeaker and earpiece.downloading anything other than what phone know is terrible experience(you cant download games for other phones or pc or send it ,it won't allow you).nokia services are great(help,maps ,drive,music store).you need a pc for even setting a custom ring tone.sending via Bluetooth is also miserable.I used sony xperia u before this.it had a great camera.but I agree it was not a fluid experience with that phone.but you can push download to background.this phone doesn't allow that.totally it is a waste of time and money.if you want a phone which has fluid performance and no usability go for this.

              Hallo Lumia 520 users, please let me know the video quality & smoothness in youtube, battery back up, multy tasking and over all smoothness in handelling about this phone. Also its camera quality. I'm interested to buy it. Thanks.

                    its a phone which is Gud only for making cal and Txt. Other than that nothing is there. I mean it does not any basic functions which we need. No file manager option, no apps, no t9 keyboard, So much options lagging when v use internet which Wil be not convinient. The camera quality pretty low when compare to htc 8s. Moreover multi tasking is not possible that s main drawback and also u Cant even close any default apps in the phone and lags in performance Bcs the apps Wil be running in ram. Lumia 520 MAY win over android in performance But still android wins Bcs lumia is lacks in So manY basic stuffs Wat we need, were android have it all. :-) hope lumia Wil get better in basic stuffs 1st.

                        M not much into gaming or downloading lots of paid apps... I need the basic stuff lyk watsapp, fb and could do with some nice photo-editing apps. What i need is a sturdy build, fast, fluid performance, and the ability to download music and video files and flexibility to move files for around 10k. Should i go with lumia 520 or samsung s duos. Please help.

                              kush, 01 Nov 2013guys i wnt to buy lumia 520... is it better thn android ph... moreFor this range price Lumia 520 is good, but for highet price I will recommend Android, Windows Phone OS still not good, video restricted, most apps are still behind Android, for example Skype can't send a file, WhatsApp can send video file available in phone memory or SD card, etc.
