My nokia lumia 520 keeps switching itself off whenever it feels like it. Is any one else having any issues like this? Nokia Care can't find any fault with it. It has been for repair 5 times now. Any Ideas?

you can save new contacts in two ways
1. from dialler- type the number, tap save, it'll take you to people hub, tap on + at bottom , give name and save it.
2. directly from people hub- tap on + at bottom, give all information and save.
