i can not use nokia express on my lumia 520 to browse on the internet. it gives a message check that date and time in settings are correct but the date and time is ok

How is this phone? I have an iPhone 6 and a Moto X but I haven't used windows phone 8.1 yet, just 7. I saw this phone on no contract for $30 at Microsoft so I said why not just, something to play with.
