          nokia is not 3rd party developer.. nokia is part of firmware development so nokia has permissions to access internal folders.. so nokia can make somethng gud.

          Only video library is restricted for video downloading i thnk coz of ms still facing with media(video) licensing approval issue.. n according to other news with gdr3 or wp8.1 ms allows access videos n that time after media license appoval ms unlock the video restrictions.

                          I think Nokia can provide double tab to wake in L520 also bcoz there is no difference in hardware between L520 n L521

Believe it or leave it. And there's tap to wake. You double tap the screen and the screen wakes.

                                i thnk OEMs hav permission to excide the limit.. i thnk its a system app so except nokia no 1 miss use it.. so nokia can cross the limit.
