phone but i will like t... moreYes you can receive transfile those files. Music will be available in Music+Videos. For videos I just tried 3gp format, other format not sure. But, if you receive videos, those file won't available in videos dection of Music+Videos, you can see them and play them in history section (Music+Videos) and in Photos (black screen with right arrow and time).
Yes, for music, your 600 music will be seen in Music+Videos, in songs, in album section. But no for videos, they won't appear in videos section inside Music+Videos. If you would like them appear in videos section, you should transfer them via PC.

About system, it is restricted and no file manager, Windows Phone is like iPhone, it is more secure than Android, iPhone is more than Windows Phone, can't transfer file via Bluetooth. For free games, yes no many. Maybe, the developer can count no many Windows Phone users (or not as much as Android), so they give paid games first or maybe because making Windows Phone games are difficult they should have users paid their games.

somethings. can I transfer songs and
videos with bluetooth to this phone
and will it be visible in my video and
music player. 2ndly guys I have a 16gb
SD card with about 600 songs and 100
HD Videos. I want to know if the
songs and videos in the SD will be
visible when I insert it in the phone ??.

See how it works, before you go to the music or anything you want to transfer, first go to Bluetooth and turn it on. Then when you go to the file, press and hold it and you will see options to send and Bluetooth certainly will be there.

My journey with nokia:
Nokia 1100, 2690, 2700c, Nokia C5 5mp.... all these devices never disappointed me..
And for the first time, Disappointed with Nokia Lumia 520. I can't blame nokia as the hardware is good. But it's software WP 8 is worse for present generation. Seems like Windows 98 for me with so many limited functions.

I send video 3gp using Sony Ericsson Java phone to Lumia 520 by Bluetooth, Lumia 520 can receive it. The video saved in Photos menu and can be played. In Music+Videos will be seen too in history section.

it is good phone but lacks in its operating system,it doesnt have file manager and most of the apps are not free in andriod we get fruit ninja game for free but here it costs 78rs/- almost all apps are like wise
openion:nokia windows phone doesn't deserve it's name
suggestion: it is gud for uth and has a stylish model and if we need of every usage of a smart phone then go for a andriod.

Don, 23 Aug 2013Wrong info somewhere, I transfer files with this phone via ... moreHi there, my bluetooth device didn't find BT File Transfer service in my Lumia 520. I have still tried to send to the phone but it wasn't success.
I have also turned on bluetooth on lumia and checked for "send/share" option in both "Music" and "Music+Video" Apps.
Let me know if you have updated your os to amber ? or how did you get that option?
