Lumia 520 has a very good price/quality relation.

very good device, very good operating system, i think window phone 8 become better than android specially in performance and how to manage resources, and all of the recommended apps in android is available to windows 8, the only trick i faced, that i should set date and time correctly before trying to add my Microsoft accounts, and use Facebook, twitter and whats-app applications
