Many people here stated that they are playing Avi files but i think they are all misunderstood about mp4 files as Avi... I tried encoding Avi files with any video converter with Xbox compatibility mode using H264, Wmv 8, mp4 codecs. But nothing worked... And Microsoft Zune software itself not supporting Avi files... And playback of wmv files also have some limitations you can't play wmv files with resolution more than 720p...

i am able to send them msgs but not able to recive there msg

it will give you Better Facebook.
official facebook app support,
live chat, picture sending via message, smile support, Facebook stickers support and fast...
this phone lacks all these features.
in case of call and messaging an S40 gives you more battery life hence more talk time... With this phone you can hardly get 1 and half day but S40 you will easily get more than 3 days... You can simply connect S40 to a pc and use as a mobile modem.
so my advice is that you can buy this phone just to show off and a little smart phone experience but most importantly don't sell or exchange your S40 when buying this phone. keep it as a backup phone else you will suffer a lot.

Hellooo guyz,this is your man King Pin,at last i have found the solution to the reason why some of us are not receiving Apps update notifications and so on.look,windows has almost all the basics and not dat junky as most of u think,but the problem is the OS is a bit complicated and u must really learn to use it before u can ebjoy the full benefit of it.To receive apps update notifications,just set your region location to exactly where u are.If u are in India and u set your location to united states,u will never get update notifications,so if u are in India set it to India,if Jamaica,set it to Jamaica.Hope i have solved your problems.Setting the right location also enhance your overall notifications such as whatsApp and so on.Enjoy your WP8 in grand style.Proud to be a windows funboy.

Nokia has release amber update but i don't know when it comes in India for Lumia 520. They said that the updates can be install via nokia care centre safely. You can also install it manually but it size more than a gb and you need fast a stable internet connection so better go to nokia care centre.
