Am sure most of you who talk ill about this phone are only 1st time smartphone users and as such are not really experienced in the operation of smartphones.I have been an Android fun for soo long and switched to Lumia 520 only last month ago.To be frank,windows 8 is way better than Android,so go on net,read and learn about this phone and stop complaining badly.No wonder someone even asked of how to switch the phone off.Dont you read the manuals when you buy the phone?Awwww God.BEST PHONE AWARD 2013 GOES TO THE EVERGREEN LUMIA 520!!!!!!,CLASSIC DESIGN,RICH IN OPERATION.

AnonD-146799, 01 Aug 2013I think you mean office documents, pdfs can be read via sd.... moreI know for PDF files can be read. What I meant was .doc or .xls. Yes, documents like Word and Excel can be shared from Office preloaded. But, I meant was open email then choose attachment.

I don't understand... And for your knowledge there is millions of videos in internet that's comes under Creative Commons (CC) license... We can download, use and share it with full permission of the author... But Microsoft is restricting our freedom... so please remember video not always means YouTube... Stop being a laughing stock..
