Hey guys, I want a smart phone, that will be smart in look,features will be good, will have a good processor and can play maximum format of videos.
But now I am confused with nokia lumia 520, samsung galaxy ace,and canvas 2.
Which will be best for me?plz give me suggestion. My budget is 10 thousand.

Some users are saying that lumia 520 is unable to play mkv format videos. Is it true or false? If true,then give me suggestion how to play mkv videos on it.
And I want to know which os is better, android or windows phone os? Plz suggest me,its urgent. . . .

Sony Xperia E is still uses Adreno 200 for the GPU. Choose Xperia L if you like Android.

Firstly I'd like to say I'm Satisfied with the phone
I ve few queries abt dis phone
1-How can i see information abt a file. eg- image or video file size
2-How can i increase battery life
3-Can i send videos in nokia music app ? Im oly able to send in xbox player
4-Can anyone recommend imp apps
5-which is the best YouTube app from which i can download videos ?
6-how background task works in dis phone ? I thk it reloads the page or task
7-I'm havin WH-205 ear phone of nokia b4 it was workin great with nokia 5223 but wen i use d same with my new 520 not appreciable.
can anyone recommend gud ear phone whic shd have bass effect n price of dat ?

I've had the phone for a fortnight and already I've had to do a full system reset just to fix my phone. I wasnt able to see any texts that I had sent or recieved and my phone kept on resetting itself. Its a good phone but the software isn't the best but what do you expect for a budget phone I suppose.

If you take photo in aspect ratio 16:9 the resolution is 3088*1744 that means 5.4mp if the aspect ratio is 4:3 then the resolution is 2848*2144 that means 6.1mp but nokia specified that camera is 6.7mp

Hi Guys,
I have been using 520 for almost 1 month now, very satisfied with the performance. Here is what I feel
1) Really fast despite of 512mb RAM, doesn't lag at all
2) I found all my required apps which I had in my android
3) Screen quality is good for the price, but outdoor visibility is not par
4) Whatsapp works great after the recent update
5) Nokia Music is awesome, so far downloaded 100+ songs for free
6) Camera quality is good in outdoors, for indoor requires good lighting and lot of cool lenses available.
7) I made a study on number of apps available in the Market, it is around 99K apps where as android had only 16K apps in its first year. This proves Windows app store is growing in a strong rate.
8) Facebook app is working fast and flawless.
9) plays videos without conversion (MPEG4)
10)Crashed only once while gaming
11) Navigation works great, offline map is really handy.
Downside
1) Couldn't play mkv videos
2) No call recorder, Windows 8 doesn't allow 3rd party app to use mic while in call
3) No equalizer and surround enhancement
4) No FM radio till Amber update
5) Missing the notification center

Installation requires spac... moreok i try another method , i download the .XAP file by pc (512 MB) then put it into SD and by SD option on store i made the installation (at that time i have only 1.1 GB on internal memory free) and after installation i delete .XAP file from my SD as i dont need it than storage check app. appear the size as u see in previous screen shot

Installation requires space to download the installation package, space for extracting the package and space for installation. In total it requires nearly 2.5 GB for WiFi installation.

[deleted post]Dude rebranding is not a bad thing as you think... Its a great way of marketing... For example do you know about India's most selling Mini SUV Renault Duster?
its actually a rebranded vehicle from Romanian automaker Dacia... Not from the reputed French Renault but it leads in its segment... That's how rebranding works in a highly price sensitive market like India..
