if you don't want to set your parent account then reset your device n then create new ms id by setting birth date above 20yrs.
then it will not ask you to set family setup.

1- moliplayer (best): its paid but with one trick you can use it free.
2- CCplayer (free)
3- video folder player (free n plays mp4 n mkv)
4- VLC media player coming in next few days. app is in final development stage and anytime soon it ll come... totally free of cost.

1. In theApp list, tapSettings>Notifications + actions, then tap an app from the list.
2. Turn ON Show in action center. This will allow the app to show notifications in action center.
