AnonD-142004, 19 Jul 2013When new update coming for lumia 520?really friends nokia doing nigletion . they introduce with lumia but they nothing doing after knowing people getting boerd after using as no downloading from net.,eg mp3 or video files. redio is not there. lots of functio is missing , mean thing java is not there thats why its happening.,.but they have to chekc out and update so than only people can go for it.

verry bed exp with lumia windows phone dont buy , as no updation in downloading mp3 song and video song from net, if u go any site for downloading it direct play but no option for downloading. so what is the use of it,ya its verry faster net everything good quilty sound music nd all.but people are updateing they want something new if downlodaing is not supported so what we to do.,.send me feedback if any trick for downloading. savi872@yahoo.com

dude u suggested me for win 7. but let me tel... moreP4 does support windows 7. I'm using windows 7 home premium on my pentium 4 2.4ghz without hyper threading single core machine. Althought in my case I have 1.5 GB ram.
I got a score of 3.2 on CPU. That alone proves that it does run well. I have no problem with hangs or lags. Performace even improve. I'm even running Visual Studio (which is a heavy programming program) on it and it works fine.
If I were you I'd upgrade. The only cons is that you wont get those fancy aero animations. But if you have a decent video card then you might get it.
Boot up time and shutdown is even improved in windows 7. You're missing a lot if you stick to XP.

so i decided to buy card reader and sd card thru which i can transfer songs and videos. but i m not sure will lumia 520 will show those songs and videos and play those songs and videos. are you sure abt it
