You can go to Android. If you like smooth performance, seldom experiences lag, don't care about file manager, try Windows Phone.

Or ask your favorite player to make an app. All types of documents can be shared be it .pdf, .doc. xls, .ppt etc.

raja, 15 Jul 2013 i want a nokia lumia 520.what its phone priceI have just purchased one I used to have a 720 and it had a software problem seems like this one has it to :/ contacted Nokia they said it's not a Nokia fault... Two Nokias same fault coincidence maybe??

I say things with a reason, and whatever I say has a meaning, I did not blame MS and I NEVER said mkv videos can't be played. In fact you can, the app YXPlayer allows that. I mentioned this many times. And documents CAN be sent by mail by simply adding them to documents folder, then going to Office, pressing on the document and choose share. This clearly shows you do not know things about the OS.
I don't work for Nokia and WP IS the best platform. Keep that stupid android for cheap plastic manufacturing and local companies, they only deserve that OS. And have you ever developed anything? Do you know how many years it takes to develop an OS? Android is ten years old (purchased five years ago by Google)and iOS is six years old. WP is two and a half year old. You CANNOT develop an OS quickly, you need to test it routinely, otherwise you get a rushed OS like BB10 full of bugs. Hope you understand before you talk.

Remove ur sd card from pc connect it via pc back up or copy ur data then format it wid fat32 then paste ur data again and inserr ur card in ur cell connect it to ur pc ur problem will be solved...
