And in developing countries like India, South Africa etc are more towards Linux... But to use a windows phone you must need a windows pc. In this way Microsoft can prevent their market share share to some extent... But that's a bad play... Ubuntu mobile OS and Firefox OS is also into market. In Desktop market chrome OS and Firefox OS... Competition will be too tough...

This phone is only for uncles and aunty's... Its hardware made for youth but OS make it a phone for elder people... No exciting games and applications, and social networking apps sucks to core... Buggy apps... Total waste of money, I am regretting now... Here i see many people supporting Microsoft. They only argues with us without any real solution and make us fools with their so called factors... And they forgets the factor, customer is the King... No matter Wp8 new or old it should satisfy customer needs... Else don't release the underdeveloped OS and applications to fool customers. Think thrice before buying any windows phone...

Its ok if windows provides applications for every respective file type, then there is no need of file manager. But windows only provide a basic video player , picture viewer, a basic music player and office suite. How much file types it can handle? Nearly 15 ?? And other file types files are invisible in memory needs a pc to view. To do basic file operations like copy,delete and moving files you need a pc... A smartphone is to minimalize the use of pc. But this phone needs a pc for everything.
to move a video from picture hub in a android or simbian
step 1 select file
move
step 2 : select destination
ok
in this phone
step 1: turn on your pc
wait for boot up 1 min+
step2 : connect to usb
step 3 : find file cut
step4: paste in destination
step 5: safe remove hardware
step 6: disconnect usb
step 7: turn off pc
for a simple file operation wastes your precious time. Its pathetic... Still you blindly supporting them at least tell them to add a hub named Other files... Please
