Guys I have nokia e782. However I want to buy l520 but I will have to sell e72 for that. I am hesitant after reading some comments. Should I go for it?

1st of all . why pdf files ain't opening in my lumia 520? i already downloaded pdf reader and adobe reader ..gow can i read pdf files in my lumia 520 which i took from my computer?
2nd ques is ,
is there any software to open .mkv files??

Q1. which lumia(620,720 and 820) is better and why?
ans- i would suggest 820. if your budget is that
Q2. I heared and read a lot of users review about 720 that it often hangs( especially read hang problem in 720 comments) . And often start vibrate. So plz tell that how serious is this prob of 720?
ans-no windows phone hangs. if some one told you this then he is a android fanboy and never tried it.
Q3. Is 512 ram enouh? Or I go for 820 for 1gb ram?
- 512 ram is enough if you dont want to play 8 exclusive 1gb ram game.
Q4. As I'm new to windows os so plz tell me all advantages and disadvantages of wp os and of lumia 620,720 and 820?

Q5. In past I used symbian then using android in which I had used HTC ChaCha,desire hd,incredible s, Samsung s3 mini and s3. Now planing to switch to windows so which lumia is better for me?
ans- it would be a hard time switching to windows but once you did you will be i switched to windows from iso and i am happy. and remember NO PIRACY IN windows phone. also you need to have a good wallet as best games cost Rs 50. or you need to wait a month to get them for free.
