It can't be done offline. It checks the version of with your country store.
If your country store supports the app, you can install it offline, else you will not be able to install.

Pls ans my question. I am in nigeria, can i be able to install, or copy and paste frm pc, 'wema bank mobile' app in any foder in this mobile. Note this app is not in wp8 store. Pls i need de answer bcos this app may determin which phone i will buy next tomorrow though i like wp8 but this may force me to change my mind as i like online banking. Thanks

i wl solve ths prblm
1- downld shrink storage app frm wp app store.. which delete all temp(other) files..
2- downld Lumia storage check app which hav also clear temp file option
3- mainly if u not updating ur phn then go to service centre nd update ur phn wt new firmwre update.. this new update gives u 'nokia storage app' preinstalld which is also delete all ur other storage files..
all above r delete only temp files without damagng or affectng ur user data.. so chill nd dnt feel bad.. go for these apps..

After reading at all the good feedback, I am inclined to go for the 520. Even the shops in India have run out of the phone because of the huge demand. I have used Android for the last 2 years and I agree to most of the folks out here that Android is memory hungry and if the budget is limited, one should go for Win.
Hence my choice for 520 as my budget is within 10K INR.
Question is - I have ready about the bloating "Others" folder. Is there a fix anyone has found other than reset?
