if ,it still not work thn go to control pannel and rmove the installed driver of Lumia 520 (I think it work on windows8) or reset your phone make sure never unplugged ur phone in between the installing driver process

Go, ask your nokia care to update , ur nokia music always pre installed in ur mob and to all nokia mobile , I think you just uninstalled it mistakely .

i bought my l520 jus 2 weeks b4 from uae..but i dint update my phone,i heard tht we shud update the phon on buying itself to reduce heating...is this true.?and i din get nokia music preinstalled ,i had to install it from store..do u think my firmware is old??
can u guys please tell what is the latest firmware and frm wer can i update my phone...??

silent, 28 May 2013i inserted Micro SD to LM520. but the phone said not found!... moreYour microsd card may have got corrupted. Try to insert the card in computer (using card reader or adapter)and format it(all data's will be lost) Then try in ur mobile.

ahtasham, 28 May 2013I bought this handset Saturday night.first of all it is a... more1)you have to install zune software.
2)For battery life here are my own tips..use only net when you want...don;t switch it on while your sleeping and when it is not in usage.
-always prefer wifi rather then cellular internet connection.
-go to settings and swipe you will getapplications there background tasks..in that block the app which does not required net when phone is not in use.
-dont install any battery app because you will get worried, that your battery is discharging quickly...but in real time you have great battery...
-switch to battery saver mode when your battery is low go to settings you will find there.

yaar i have a problem...
i cant open m... moredude...you need to install zune software to transfer your data.
you cannot access games which you have downloaded from outside and saved to your memory card..
