At the beginning we should not set the resulation to maximum, start from Low or medium first. Its best to shoot a video within 10 or 20 seconds (testing first) :)

              Hey guys I want to tell u that there r some people here who can misguide u for buying this phone, but I am telling u dont go for it. This phone is completely waste of money. It is better u go for any Symbian or Android phone, they r much better than Windows phone.

Even my personal videos that I shoot through mobile saved in camera roll folder not shown when I select picture option in WhatsApp. I dont know whts the format of video I shoot from my Lumia 520.

                    no call recorder -? It has manual call recorder. Auto call recorder is not allowed, do you want someone to record your call and send to some site?
                    no any video player -> There are players like YXplayer
                    no video editor -> As I said before access to non personal videos is not allowed to curb piracy.

                    If you have sold the phone, well for you. Why are you wasting time posting here? Kindly enjoy with your new phone.

                      people first choice is android not wp8,
                      no blacklist
                      no call recorder
                      no any video player
                      no video editor
                      wp8 totaly faltu, so I sale phone only 4500

                        1. No file manager -> Yes, that ancient, crappy, insecure feature is not supported. We live in twenty first century and WP is a real smartphone OS.

                        2. No video dowload and share, only download in app,
                        -> This is to curb piracy. Verifying a video to be copyright free is not easy. So WP and iOS do not allow video sharing. However you can share personal videos i.e taken from camera or added to 'Pictures' folder. This is one of the strongest features.

                        3. U can't manage ur sd card in phone -> You can, go to settings -> Phone storage.

                        4. 80% application are fake and useless not working
                        -> I completely disagree with this statement. Moreover many apps in iStore or Google Play are also useless. It is also not fair to blame OS

                        5. Making lots of duplicate file -> Kindly explain, I'm not able to understand.

                        6. Without pc u can't manage ur phone, pc minimum required Windows7 and higher -> Windows XP SP3 and Windows Vista are also supported, also Linux and Mac OS X, which era are you living in? You can manage phone without PC. I rarely use PC for managing phone.

                        7. Only nonpapular browsers and app using in this phone like uc browser, bing etc, -> UCBrowser is one of the most popular mobile browsers. Google search official app is available, Bing is by Microsoft, so obviously they will include it.

                        I want Opera mini this is best browser for phones
                        -> If you feel this is best browser, someone else may feel it is not. IF you want the app, please go to Opera team and shout. Microsoft does not own Opera.

                        8. And lots of problems -> What problems, please elaborate.

                        Please learn to use a smartphone. A smartphone is not a storage device or a minicomputer. If a malware or a virus clears your PC, you may format hard disk or reinstall OS. If the same is done to smartphone, what will you do? Security is very important for a phone. Allowing third parties to access personal data, messages, mail or apps does not make a secure OS.

                              I am trying a monkey trick to send personal videos via whatsapp until those guys update. I am trying to move a wmv file into saved pictures. This failed for me in WP7 despite numerous hacks....the picture chooser is smart. I don't have WP8 device.

                              Can any of you try this and tell me? Copy a wmv file to saved pictures folder (or receive a wmv file via Bluetooth) and try sending a picture via whatsapp. Does it show the video?

For e.g iOS does not support tons of things including the ones not supported by WP, still it is better than android. Giving hundreds of features without good security or performance does not make an OS better or best
