does this phone able to send files via blutooth with the other phones? i had read some rants here that windows phones do not connect/send via blutooth pls confirm coz im gonna buy this phone if it will be available in philippines.. too bad they only launch this in india....

C... moreHow to pin radio to start screen: Open radio and pin ANY station to start (preferably your favorite one).
To pin a radio station to the start screen, press on the station and select "Pin to start". You can still navigate to other stations!
I also suggest you use RapDialer app.
