I have Lumia 720(Price Rs.17000) its 512 MB RAM and Lumia 525 Lower cost mobile have 1 GB RAM........what the rubbish......

NO flash or front camera...........Right now i have lumia 520...........But Lumia 525 best budget phone @10k in india........:)

This phone is available in India now. Official price is 10399. Retailer price maybe around 9-9.5k. Lumia 520 was launched at 10,499.

Yes, there is VOIP calls, and there is an application for that, it works on all Lumias

As announced in Goa, India that it will arrive in the first week of Jan, Nokia is right of schedual as we can see some 30k units have been imported so far in Delhi and Mumbai. I am sure that we would be able to buy it by the end of this week i.e. by 10th Jan through online retailers and the MRP says 11,499 on the box so expect it in the range of 10.5 - 11k INR.. Enjoy..

so unless and until you want to try more apps and games from the store the good and better choice would always be 520

Hello guys, this phone is available in Malaysia (RM499). I got a free 8gb micro sd and flip cover when i bought the 525. I was hesitant to buy this phone as it has only 1GHZ cpu but i bought it and i am AMAZED by the device. Don't get me wrong. I love android. I used to have a Note and HTC One S, and it was awesome but they always had a persistent lag. With this phone i saw none. Believe me. I tried to open a few apps with the Note and 525, the 525 beats it flat out.
If u are wondering how the camera performance, it gets the job done well and fast. Picture quality are great, on par with the 8mp cams. But don't aspect Lumia 920 picture quality.
The performance is amazing, with the 1 gb ram, i can download any apps, ie Angry Birds Go ( which works extremely smooth), internet explorer is much more faster than Google Chrome on Nexus devices. I also tried too a speed test in opening apps on the Lumia 525 and the lumia 720, the 525 is always faster, especially in IE,
I have been using this phone for a week and this phoen is amazing. If u hesitant, i hope this short review will clear up a few things
