I am purchased in the last year in this period we came customer care two times one time changed software,after one year phone restarting throughly
We went the cc again telling simply software problem.is it my phone required software change for every problem

I own this phone since February '14 and still runs smoothly and lag-free. Had no problem with it, except heating issue when browsing for more than 15-20 minutes.

Its battery life is poor. Also the navigation is typical. How to save office files is not clear, but after so many attempts it saves, but while opening those files also it requires so many trials.

'm a nokia fan...initially i used 1100 den moved to 2700 classic... wen it came to smart phone i like lumia/windows...so i brought 525.. but in just 1 yr + 1 and a half month i faced a boaed failure... to replace board it costs around 4K... damn upset...
