nokia are taking about 1 month in updating these softwares.......till now no software available......want to sell my phone..... :(

i have already used htc pico for 2 years...now i want to buy a new phone.. iam.confused between lumia 525 and moto g.....will 8.1 update quench the users who are shifting from android to WP?(I'd like to play more games...whatsapp..fb...browsing..) and is there any heating problem with 525 in case will 520 reduce that problem?
