i updated my phone to denim update and updated my extras+info app update too from store and it showed "lumia denim", after a hard reset it is showing back as "lumia cyan".... any help is really apreciated, thanks

all the apps are not supporting in windows mobile like android phones.. so windows is totally waste.. dnt prefer windows phone at any cost..

Nokia 620 windos system super/ mobile waste 620 was problam battery drained. All mobile service center. Mobile not repair. / all windos mobile totally waste. Nokia company verry verry totally waste / plece don't buy this nokia 620

This Lumia devices prefers the strong network so when ur using 3g network if signal goes down it automatically changes to 2g network..

It is a very good phone. I am using it for last 1.5 years. Only one problem the on 3G data connection the tower goes off frequently. Dont know if is the problem with operator or phone. In 2G it is working perfectly fine

Excellent phone. I am using it for last 20 months. non other phone will be like this mobile in this price range. But I have a doubt for this much period and not even the promoter of nokia is able to clear that doubt. My doubt is that can we copy and paste the excel sheet column. I know we can filter but is copy paste is available.

I got denim after touch is very smooth,Mobil data on/off in notification center,Lumia camera super,Cortana(UK language)support,but sometimes hang,please Microsoft need updates direct video call,SD card,gallery (photos+videos),flash transfer,background download, finally windows is super

Just got denim update on my Lumia 620 in India.
AWESOME
note waiting for windows phone 10.
I know windows 10 is going to be the last update for windows phone 8 devices.
But still AWESOME.
will definitely buy my next phone from Microsoft.

i have been using this since 1 and half year. It has been great experience till now using it. But further more it stucks sometimes.

I am using this phone for over a year now. Ik like it, except for one thing i.e. the unpredictable batterylife. Further no problems at all.
However I must say that I prefer the Nokia maps app over the Here app that is now available at Nokia/Microsoft phones.

Worst phone. Using this phone from past 1.5 yrs. Phones stops working randomly and had to remove the battery. Volume keys are not working now.

My experience with my Lumia 620 is not a happy one. It had few, but grave issue. I can list them as:
1. After few months, the back touch button stop responding randomly.
2. Phone get stuck frequently. Then I had to remove the battery and reinstate it every time, causing phone to restart.
3. Removing back cover (to remove the battery when the issue at above 2 arises), it damaged vol increase/decrease button. The manufacturer had not payed any heed to this issue.
4. Could not pair the phone with my laptop, which is having Windows 8.1 OS.
5. Something went wrong with the headphone socket. I could not use that function afterwards.
