it is a good phone. nice windows phone i think the battery life is good i am having it. so it is a good phone.

BTW u askd for is it worthy or not, i mean its an update u hav to update ur phone...
i hav updated it today , before updating my phone memory was 3GB and after updating its still the same...so i haven't loose ne of my phone storage....
