Dear apprentice,today,i went to nokia care for file,duplication problem.they said they have to reset and update the phone and,in the process i would get the amber.well,now i got the update.here r my queries.
1.is it official??
2.i didn't get the peek mode in glance screen
3.no double touch to wake
4.can u post ur firmware revision number.

so no virus

this phone is realy a battery sucker...without data connection is works gr8..bt when data connection is on it drains quikly..nokia shud provide a battery wid good capacity than 1300mah...

AnonD-121770, 01 Sep 2013Urs still better mine drains almost 50 % in 6-7 hrs....:(This problems is coming if u overcharge ur phone. Charge ur phone when battery is low.......After full charge disconnect.

I don't know what happened, my phone displays two images if i receive a image via Bluetooth, the same happens with videos. Is this a virus?? Will I get rid of this problem if i master reset it? Pls help. I love my lumia 620. Big wp phone fan...

Last, use camera360 tap the M symbol on top and manually select the exposure.

2- yes fb chat has such problem But its not os problem.. its problem from facebook servers.. n ms joe belfiore tweeted that they r working on it n very soon they resolve it..

i have some more doubts..
1)camera is great in daylight.but at night when i use flash while taking photos the photo is kind of overexposed(very bright as if photo was taken from a xenon flash rather than a led flash).is it a problem associated with my phone or even you and other users face the same problem.
2)i read that facebook chat that ms provide does not work properly.it does not work properly in my phone.is it a common problem?is it solved in gdr2?or is it network problem.because sometime i get messages on time and some time not.
3)bluetooth work fine.but is there any way to send multiple music files at once.
4)and as i an a new user can you suggest me some apps which will be useful for me on everyday use.
