And are you sure about "double tap to wake"?
Form what I have read, L620 is going to get it. Maybe it will be enabled by an App update?

If you are planning to do it, please bear in mind it will wipe off all your phone's data(SD Card data will remain). You will have to reinstall all your apps and games again, since mine was already blank(had given it to service centre for repairs), I had no problems doing it. I would request all of you to wait for the official roll out as it still may contain bugs. Cause after the Amber update, I still had to update 19 apps from the store.

or
2- using pc put your mp3 file in ringtone folder.. then it wl automaticaly appears in ringtone selection list.
