3- can we remove other storage n temp files
n other thngs u observed..

There are many excellent phones such as HTC One V, Xperia U,m Xperia Sola, Galaxy Ace 2, They work without flaws and they have all of the smartphone features such as call blocking, call recording etc
Have you even tried Android 4.x OS ?
And what will 8.1 update give?? I t will ggive the features which Android had from a long time
GDR2 update is just gonna give call block and data sense.. which is ther in android 4.x
Now don't tell that I don't have a Lumia device
I have one.. and it is now not working at all
