hey guys please help me out...my lumia 620 dropped from my pocket and screen just went blue. What can i do? It brings the nokia logo when i switch it on, the when its supposed to write microsoft it just goes blue. I tried flashing it, and formatting. Any advice?

I upgraded Nokia Here Drive (on my 720) last week. I haven't tried the new app on the road yet, but what I noticed is that I lost the global navigation capability. For global navigation, I need to buy the license for Rs. 970. I thought it was same for all Lumias, and here came a surprise. Saw my friend's 820 got upgraded to Drive+ and was wondering why I did not get the Drive+. After a bit of googling found that Drive+ is not enabled for 520 and 720, but enabled for 620. One reason for 620 owners to rejoice! Here is more info:

You and wp8 lvr mentioned all sound go mute. Well for me its a bigger limitation that screen rotation lock etc

i own lumia720, and i say its a fantastic phone, i have some little problem facing which i need help from prebious users.
1- when i mute the ring option ,so that i dont get disturbed during my work, why my in call volume also get mute, suppose i call someone from silance mode ,the person cant listen anything.
2- while listing the music on head phone the sms and mail alerts does not go mute. Its still make sound during music and its very annoying .
so any one help me to solve them???? - As wp8 lvr said, WP uses a common volume setting for all your functions like music, calls, tones and in games volumes.
But if you want to just mute your ringtones and other tones but not the volume.
Hit the volume key once(up or down, any will do) and tap on the bell symbol on the top right, it will turn to three waves symbol denoting vibrate mode. This will put your phone in a vibrate mode but will make sure you can enjoy your music at the your preferred sound level and even the in call volume will remain same. You won't even get mail or message tones even on headphones

whole systems volume is integratd to each other.
hope in next update they seperate volume functions

ms anouncd tht they roll out ther gdr2 in june they complete ther promice.. if u chech wp site then u get update is rolled out by ms to mobile OEM compnies for testing bt nokia facing some problems during testing gdr2 on lumia devices.. to figure ths out they postpone ther update time

mummy, 15 Jul 2013does it support skyp and viber calls Yes, I had tried on Skype from Lumia 520, it's good, works well. For Vibre not sure.
