I talked Nokia care centre they told me that if anyone have perview for developer then that cann't updated via ota.
Then u only updated via nokia software recovery tool.
Anyone tell me via nokia recovery tool how much net data consume.

Kiyan, 05 Sep 2014Please share us how you able to get 8.1 update in L620.updating to lumia cyan
1. first switch to wifi
2. setting- phone update- check for updates
3. if it is showing some error, then swich to mobile data (3G) and try again
if it shows the update then it will ask permission to download and u could also switch to wifi for downloading update.

Cyan is now available OVER THE AIR for L620. Check your phone guys. I am from Lucknow(UP).
