thot it would automatically get updated syncng with fb.. :(

This time about b... moreI have no idea about performance of 720 as I don't own the device. I can give you details of my device i.e Nokia 620.
1) Web browsing continuous on full charge - 4 hrs
2) Gaming continuous on full charge - 3.5 hrs - 5 hrs, depending upon the graphics of the game.
3) Average usage battery life - 7-8 hrs
4) Low usage battery life - 10-12 hrs (though it still syncs with mail, fb, twitter, whatsapp, wechat and many more, but I don't reply to any, just view what the notification is and lock the phone again)
5) Idle battery life - 18-20 hrs (The phone is again connected to internet entire time via WiFi, but I hardly turn it on, just a few calls)

This time about battery performance...
In my phone Bluetooth,WiFi,Xbox and NFC is always turned off,but data location and syncing is always on,at this condition my phone gives 7-8 hours backup on continuous use....continue means continue (maximum browsing with listening music)....., and 13-14 hours on normal use....minimum discharge speed is 5% p/h and maximum discharge speed is 13% p/h generally.....i have one and half month old Lumia 720.....now please tell me is this okay or some issue with my phone.....and please mention ur battery story also.... This is really a necessary information for me....so please tell me....

But things are looking good and apps are coming.
•The Device Supports limited Video Codec and only Plays video files like .3gp, .avi and .mp4 and cannot play any other formats like .mkv and many more. - Yes, that is a big issue. VLC player is slated for released, which will bring the codec support with it.
•The User Interface is another major problem it has only one Interface with live Tiles at the Starting of using this device the Interface is ok but Continuous Use of the same interface may get bored to the User. - Personal opinion, I like tiles, simple effective, straightforward and I don't get bored, cause I don't see it as an entertainment factor.
•The NFC and Bluetooth is not yet perfect for the Sharing of our Content you can share Photos/Images by Blue tooth but you cannot share Videos. - MS piracy policy doesn't allow to share content that might be copy right protected. But you can simply transfer the videos to pictures folder using your PC and you will get the share option.
•One of the Major Problem is There is no System Wide File Manager. We donot have any App also for this, For Access of Files in your Mobile you have to connect it to the System. - I am using the mobile for 4 months now. Never did I miss the file manager. Instead of accessing your files via file manager you access them via separate app. Any ways when you open a particular file the app associated with it is going to be launched. Only the thing is you can't arrange your files, but then again there is nothing to arrange. Pics are in picture folder, videos are in videos folder, docs in documents folder and music in music folder. Since any other file type is not supported I think file manager will be of very less use. But yeah file manager should have been there as some people find it weird.
•The Other Major thing we have to Consider is Video Player there is no Single Video Player App in the Windows Phone Market. We have to play/Access Video Files in the Music+Videos in your Device. Folder View of Videos is also Not possible and All the Video Files are given as list and you may not Delete All the Videos at a Time and have to select each one by one and Delete them. - Yes the video section is very over looked, it needs some major improvements.
•Flash Player: No Flash Player Support in the Browser and by this The Device cannot Display the Flash Content in the Webpage. - Flash for mobile phones is dead. Adobe themselves have stopped it. Sure you can side load on android but thats a very apk with no updates that might have vulnerabilities, besides flash is resource hogger, a complete no go for mobile devices. HTML5 is future.
•Security Problem: I Think Windows Devices are not that secure because I Did not found a Single Antivirus App in the Market. - Its exactly opposite. WP doesn't have any antivirus cause it is one of the most secure OS out there and its largely because of its sandboxing method used to run apps it is the very reason why WP doesn't have a file manager. Not even a single app can have exclusive rights to write data directly to the system. Same as iOS, it too doesn't have a file manager and antivirus

This phone doesnot have an option to transfer songs via bluetooth to other phones...how to rectify..or any update available....

also transferred some files to ringtones folder in phone, but they are not shown in ringtones...
