For video playing , go to photos>albums>saved pictures. Btw i din like its call quality . Its so not clear . And its battery too . We'hv to charge it like every 2hours if we'r playing videos/music .

2. It showed sd card option in store for manual install for first time only. Now i cant find it. What's d reason??

I have a 720, but this is a generic question. One of the feature I like best is the voice commands, and it works on first try 99% of time. For me, only 'Call' and 'Open' commands are listed. However I see that 'Text' and 'Note' also are available according to various tips online. The speech installed in my phone is 'English(India)'. Would like to hear from other users about this.

2)No. Though I had contacted mugen power in the recent past, and they are working but can't say when it will be available.
3)The only thing I found lacking in 520 is camera LED and screen quality, rest is good.
4)I don't own a 520, you can ask someone from the 520 thread instead. Else there are many reviews on the internet, you can search for them, you can also search for Nokia 520 on youtube and watch all the available videos to get an idea
5)According to me, yes.
