After adding photo, you have to manually delete it from photo gallery. Now you can only see that photo through Photo Lock Free and if you want it back to photo gallery then you can export it(restore).

Well "Photo Lock Free" work for me.
But I doubt there will apps for lock whole photo gallery.(Never tried paid app)
I doubt there is any message lock app.

But Express browser have some problem(not run properly) in 512mb RAM devices. Why you want that browser?
UC is better than Express browser.
and default browser is also good.

AnonD-122926, 18 May 2013Hey apprentice,unable to upload screen shot via uc browser ... moreFor dealing with pictures, I would suggest using Box.com and its WP application. Its better in my opinion.
For duplicate pictures issue.
1) Go to - Settings - Backup - Photos - Select Don't upload for both the options.
2) Connect your phone via USB
3) Take a backup of your Pictures - From phone memory as well from the SD card
4) Access the Phone memory - Pictures
5) Enable to show hidden items in your Windows Explorer
6) Delete all the files from pictures folder from phone memory and SD card
7) Copy your pictures back that you have taken during the backup and paste them in the SD pictures folder.
7) Restart your phone.
