whoa! Just bought this phone it rocks!!!! Meant should be thrown in the rocks!!!!!!!!! No fm no 3g video calling can send mms to an email and its a smart phone?????????????? Well if this is a smart phone wanna purchase a dumb phone next time maybe its reciprocal

Do one thing. Get a new mini sim from your operator, may come at Rs150-200 cost, but at least you will get a proper one. There might be a problem when that sim was cut.
Before that
1) Try that sim in some other mobile.
2) Try other sim with your mobile.
3) Try a complete different operator.

Hey Lumia 620 users, i need answer from u....
I'm using 720 for the past 2 days, when i do a call or receive a call,I hear slight noise along with the voice of person who s speaking.(which i hear is like, keech keeech, like scratches) already i was using a mini sim,now I've cut it to micro sim. So,Is it a sim problem??? Before one week i bought a lumia620, had the same prob., i thought its a problem, and got it replaced by a new 620, then also i had same prob with new 620, so i returned it and bought new Lumia 720., now also having same prob!! Can anyone identify which is a problem????????

AnonD-948, 29 Apr 2013This problem, "no one is online" is a "new&q... moreHi man i am facing the same problem of no one is online in messaging the problem is our hotmail u just open ur hotmail id in a desktop and select the people and go to right side select the sign out option u see 4 options available,visible,avilble on(its an option to on or fb chat)when we changed to on its not changing so the Facebook chat is only on in our wp but its actually not on that why we see no one is online (u,must sign in with hotmail account that u synchronized wp)

l800 is outdated dude. it has wp7.8 dude. totaly outdated os.. u cant upgrade it to wp8..
