If you will look at the OS , you'll say its boring, but when you are using it, oh , cool, what a smartphone should be.. smooth, no lags, fast, unlike android, they looks and feel like a toy,im not a wp8 fan nor android,in fact i have 2 android phone and one lumia, im just voicing my humble opinion :)

Just got mine today Alhamdulilah,
Very smooth, and fast.
Less than impressed with the battery though
I'm hoping it'll be better once I let it fully discharge then charge it again in shaa Allah
Plus, the MS social integration is simply AWESOME

What would it be if Microsoft consider these cases in their future GDR update !
1. Sound profiles ( with separate volumes and tones for different activities, with automatic switching between profiles )
2. File manager
3. Ability to save all downloads to phone.
4. Ability to attach files to emails (e.g., PDFs,rar archived file etc.)
5. Fix to the ever-growing "other" storage usage
6. Improved calendar interface
7. Notification center
8. ability to set static IP address on wifi connections
9. option to off auto-orientation
10.blacklist for incoming phone calls
11.Exit button for Internet Explorer
12. fix the duplicate song problem

So, WP is fully secure, No need for Antivirus.
Just use data cable to connect with your lappy, it is too easy to transfer songs in WP 8.

I was also experiencing problems with Facebook chat and this is what worked for me.
What you have to do is, remove the integration from both ends (i.e. both your Microsoft & Facebook account) and then set it up again.
Steps:
1) Delete the facebook account from your phone.
2) Log in to your Microsoft (outlook/hotmail/live) account and make sure that the facebook account has been removed. (Account settings --> permissions --> manage accounts)
3) Log in to your facebook account and remove both the "Microsoft" App and "Windows Phone" App. (left column --> Apps ---> My Apps)
4) Wait for an hour or two.
5) Setup the facebook account on your phone again.
7) Enable chat and enjoy!
If the chat is still not working or you have problems with any of the steps, feel free to ask.
