L520 over L620
1.Lumia 520 i cheaper than Lumia 620
2.Lumia 520 design and build quality is better than Lumia 620.
3.Lumia 520 have 1430mAh batter and Lumia 620 have only 1300mAh battery, So Lumia 520 may have slightly better battery back-up.
4. Lumia 520 also have Super Sensitive display. But, think do you really need that display.
5. Bigger Screen
L620 over L520.
1. L620 got camera with Flash and L520 doesn't have flash(so L520 picture quality will suffer in Low light.)
2.Display of L620 is more better than Lumia 520(Because of CBD)
3.L620 also have front Camera for Video call(through Skype) but L520 doesn't.
4. L620 have HERE Drive+,compass,Dolby headphone sound enhancement,City Lens etc but L520 doesn't.
So, Now decide which one is more suit your need.Because you know better what you need. We can only tell you difference but decision will be still yours.

Lumia 620 is nice but the problem is that there is no Radio.For youths REAL Radio is important and not internet Radio. So Nokia should do something about this

Yes tunein works flawlessly and there are plenty of other radio apps that provide local radio stations as well. But what people are looking for is an actual radio as not many people use data connection on their phones.

I have the knowledge and I am going to help people with it, as I too at some point in my life was helped by other persons with their knowledge even when they didn't knew me. They didn't ask me anything in return, so helping others is my way to repay their debts as their knowledge has helped me enormously in my life and on top my 620 makes such things easier for me :)
