1) Go to www.windowsphone.com
2) Login with your live id.
3) Search and access the app page of the app you are looking for.
4) Scroll to the bottom.
5) Click on the link that say "Download and manually install this app", it will download the xap.
6) Transfer the above downloaded xap to the SD card. Make sure you put it outside in the card. Don't put it in any folder.
7) Access the Store app on your phone. It will show you the SD Card option. Click on it.
8) It will show you the app/apps list, click on it app to install.
PS:- If the SD card option doesn't show up, restart your phone. But if the size or the list of xaps is huge, it will take some time for the phone to recognize all the apps. Request you to be patient.

Touch sensivity is not good,hangs lot and lag every time. Get over heated too. I want to know is there any kind of issue in this windows phone, i am not a heavy gamer or apps oriented public. Tip for all windows phone 7 and 8: to close internet explorer there is no need to push back lots of times! Just go to tabs, close all of them, then push back once. Hopefully this helps my favourite GSMARENA

I love my lumia 620 coz updating my excel and word files is no longer a problem no need to open my pc from time to time to update important files.

It has been misinterpreted. You can download the maps of other countries but will get turn by turn navigation on for your home country. Other than that you will get everything nearby locations, routes, traffic update and many more.
To download maps, open HERE Maps - Options - Download maps
