I am not able to use gprs in the mobile. I am using tata docomo. When I call the customer care they've told me that your device wont support automatic settings. Anybody using tata docomo for lumia 620, please tell how to use gprs in this device.

And all those users who have updated to firmware version 1308 are they facing any problems related to connectivity? I recently read a report saying that Nokia has temporarily suspended the 1308 update for lumia 920 in USA after hearing about widespread complaints related to network connectivity.
Any such issues for lumia 620??

As I don't have access to Wifi, I plan to take it to Nokia Care to use their Wifi network for update.
Please let me know what is the average time needed to download the update?And whether installation can be done at a later stage once the download is complete? As I am going to visit Nokia Care during my office hours, I cannot afford to be very late and since they close down at 7pm, going after office hours is also not an option.
