I guess there is some minor misunderstanding here.
The recently released 1308 firmware update "is not equal to" Windows Phone 8.1 aka Blue update.
The 1308 update is just a minor firmware update and nothing else with no major changes and not even a change log

lumia 620 better than android galaxy s3.. I like simple but high peformance... L620 i like it..
