Yes, downloading is currently the major drawback of suspended multitasking, but if you are downloading apps and games via store, then they download fine even in the background, only the browser based downloading suffer from this.
Rest things like chatting and whatsapp work great even when closed so no need to worry about that.

Suspended multitask... moreDefault browser doesnt have a forward button, cannot download, media files only documents, cannot disable images.
Suspended multitasking: - if you are downloading a file and you start another app, the downloading doesn't resume, it will restart from the beginning. But thats the only issue, rest work fine.
Text autoflow: - When you zoom in on pdf file the text doesn't auto arrange itself to the screen, if you increase the zoom level you will constantly have to scroll sideways or simply read it in small text, the only solution for this is that you read it the landscape mode where its bit better, but still a text auto arrange is missed
