For those asking about Battery - After a few charge/discharge cycles battery will start performing normally so nothing to worry there.

As many said, one to one comparison can't be done with Android on App/Games front but things are drastically improving. Android is quite old whereas Windows Phone 8 is quite new so Apps/Games will come with time.
Many good games are paid on WP but then they are Ad free .. with promotions being done by Nokia & Microsoft sometimes you get them for free also.

Go for any Android phone.
Most of popular game are paid like Angry bird, Fruit Ninja etc and many apps & games are still missing.
Limitation
1. Limited Games & apps
2.There is no file-manager.
3. You can not download anything from Default browser
need third party browser.
For me these are the only limitation.

Mp3's I download from Nokia Music are not good quality the size of a 4 - 5 mins song is around 1.5 MB.
Could anyone help me how to download MP3's in high bit-rate??
