                  Turn OFF Tap+Send (NFC) from settings. Turn it ON only when you are going to use it. Also turn off any unwanted background task from applications menu. This will reduce battery consumption and heating.

                            a normal issue with gadgets due to Li-ion charges;
                            chrge from a well earthed socket and use it extensively till battery drains completely; keep the routine for one/two weeks the battery will get normal as the charges will settle.
                            PS:> Though charging pins are two points still in India power fluctuations effects Batteries Chemicals, so have better earthed points for electronic gadgets.
