I am just stuck between both and want to finalise one, but I am not a apps and games freak at all

On the other hand lumia 620 should have a slight edge in perfomence and camera also being a new phone 620 will be supported for more than an year and that includes confirmed upgrade to the nxt major update windows blue.
On the other hand s adv(depending on how u see it) has a amoled display and a bigger screen than lumia.

hy to al u guys,i hav been reading al ur opinions frm so many days,nd i hav read many complains bout lack of apps,i mean how is it posible ,that a platform lyk windows doesnt hav apps that fulfil ur demands,yes its bit les,bt then using a windows is a royal expirience,al do nt own a windows phn,nd its for sure,when u hav it in ur hands,people wil notice,nd wen they vil c d peformance,then they wil nt apreciate d phn,they wil just console themselves,that they hav android.

Even after heavy use it will last for 2 days.
In my knowledge this phone is best in battery backup.
Nokia is good in Camera & display department.

Motorola is good in battery department.

Adobe, the creator of Flash have themselves abandoned Flash support on mobiles in favour of HTML5 which is much more flexible, secure and easy to implement. In fact, official support on Android is also abandoned now and it doesn't run out of the box in Jelly Bean. You have to install last released version of flash which is now unsupported by Adobe and prone to vulnerabilities and security threats. iOS never supported flash. And all organizations are moving to open source- HTML5. Your beloved Youtube too fully support HTML5 now so no major issues.

Gmail has adopted CardDAV support for synchronization of mails and it will be implemented by July in WP so Gmail experience will always remain top notch on WP.
Gtalk can be accessed from third party clients like IM+, Talk.to, Nimbuzz etc. There is no official app available for Gtalk from Google.
