I have my nl 620 it is working well but sometimes it's sound button doesn't work I m very wory about my phone I have updated its 2 times then also it is hanging

I don't think this phone is for everyone. It works well - good call quality, reception, decent battery, good typing, good camera - but the menus are long to browse and not intuitive. It's just not as a breeze to use as an Iphone for example.
Downsides: it doesn't stay well in hand, always feel like I need to pay attention not to drop it. The black mate casing is very slippery.
The touch screen is too sensitive, even at the lowest setting, sometimes it reacts before I'm physically touching it. Several times I open a menu by mistake while scrolling down.
Bottom line: not as easy to use as an Iphone, doesn't stay well in hand.

The issue (if it happens) about the power button gets resolved after the black update, bcause now u dont have 2 push the button so often u can just double tap the screen to unlock. The update came at the beginning of April in South Africa and I'm happy with it.
