It was cute when Nokia’s (NOK) Lumia 920 sold out in less than an hour in China in several different instances in December. What’s not so cute is that the 920 is still experiencing instant sell-outs in the third week of February, with websites promising a new batch a week later. That aura of exclusivity can be a very cool thing to wrap around your product launch in the early weeks.
The 620 roll-out delays could be problematic, because Asian cheapie vendors are now starting to launch their budget Windows models. Huawei is already beginning to undercut the Lumia 620 by a bit in Europe. Nokia simply does not have the luxury to stretch out the production ramp-ups of key models. It needs to crank out the 620 production in a big way before a wave of sub-€200 Windows models hits the European and Asian markets by spring.The 620 roll-out delays could be problematic, because Asian cheapie vendors are now starting to launch their budget Windows models. There could be any number of reasons for the delay of the phones, the major one possibly being issues with importing the handsets. Nokia has faced some trouble with the import, and thus the pricing of the handset.

This is only NokiaFan boy... morei am the fanboy ? I thought the people who cry are the fanboys because they need this device so badly like kids want their toys. I am a sony fan but i can see that this device is good for my needs and i will buy it when it becomes available..If nokia didnt say a word about this device (before 2013) then noone whould know it fast enough to build a myth around it and have good sales and big promotion with will save the platform and the nokia..I bet there are plently of sites that you can buy the device from..even now..as i said..if you so desperately need a phone then go buy one now. if you want this then wait for it as all of us do (from EU)

Just got the lumia 620 from my wife as a gift and wow the nifty little device is amazing. Such a nice presence it has and man o man it is SMOOOOOOTH. My only qualm is the app store. saying that it is behind apple store and google play would be an understatement. I do hope the situation gets better because this lumia stole my heart XD

I came across an article on Gizbot a week ago which mentioned that lumia 620 will be released in India on feb 28(online stores). But it will be available in stores from 1st week of March. No info on pricing. One can only guess it from the way it is priced in other countries. cud be about 15k.

Watch out for those who don't know this yet, nor nokia neither htc enables to disable haptic feedback on fucntion buttons. For some it doesn't matter but for me and many others it is a deal breaker. If haptic feedback iritates you don't buy, only samsung of windows phones enables to disable :)

I don't know why but I receive a call from Nokia(I hope some other also receive that.) They told me this phone is coming on Feb 27-28 and when I ask about price they told me they don't have any info but it can be around INR13k-15k.
