Releasing this phone everywhere but not in India and not only that they keep delaying this phone. For Nokia India is one of least priority country.
Hope they would not do that in price too.

Blackberry Z10 isn't able attract UK customers. That is the reason they are launching this phone soon in India as they have ample stock availablity but this is not same in the case of Lumia 620.
The popularity of Lumia 620 is world wide and to overcome the demands of each customer especially India which is second populated country in the world.
Nokia has to be prepared with stock so that none of his Nokia and other customer have to wait for his phone to be delivered.

The cost of this phone in UK is £150 on O2 Pay and Go that is 11,400/- INR. If this phone cost more than 14,000/- INR then the phone is too costly.
No Govt in the world charge 2,600/- tax or import duty.
If the cost of this phone is more than 14k then it is inequality to Indians.
